Accounting Analyst

Job Description

LHH has partnered with a growing real estate firm on this exciting Accounting Analyst position located in Midtown Manhattan. This position will play a crucial role in financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Performing financial analysis, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing support to the finance team.

Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during audits.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Excellent communication skills

Strong Excel skills

2+ years in an accounting or finance position with increasing responsibilities

Pay Details: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour
