Job Description
Resource will provide W10-Hardware Deskside/ basic Network Support to remote locations. We need a trusted and responsible resource that can work with little or no supervision to support these remote sites.
Technician Requirements:
Day to Day support—of end users—customer service
Requesting some VDI knowledge and very confident in troubleshooting Office 365
2 to 3 years+ of 100 % day to day Deskside (Hands on support) experience in a corporate environment (any where in that experience range 2 to 3 years)
W10/Window OS and MS office support experience
W10 Client Networking support
Desktop/Laptop Installation/de-installation experience
Desktop/Laptop hardware support
2 to 3 years’ experience required with Windows 10 & 7 combined… it’s a Windows 10 environment at present
1 web ex phone interview
Duration: 1 to 5 years renewable annually
