Job Description

Staffing Network has opening for Machine Set-up Operator in Addison, IL. This is a great opportunity to exhibit your skills with a leading global flexible healthcare packaging manufacturer.

Work Schedule

1st – 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM

2nd – 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM

3rd – 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM

Currently only looking for 3rd Shift.

Pay Rate- $18 - $23 depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Read job specifications to determine machine and material setup requirements.

Start up and shut down equipment.

Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunction; make necessary adjustments to ensure product is in spec.

Perform minor machine maintenance and work with engineering on major maintenance.

Meet or exceed job requirements for set-up times, run speed, and waste minimization.

Ensure Pouch Inspectors are accurately and effectively inspecting final product for proper specifications.

GMP’s – lab coat, hairnet, beard cover, safety glasses, steel toe shoes, booties

Skills and Requirements:

Basic math; must be able to read a ruler.

High level of accuracy

Detail-oriented

Computer knowledge
