PaceMate® Operational Project Manager (full-time, 100% remote job)

Primary Location: U.S.

JOB SUMMARY

The PaceMate Operational (Customer Success) Project Manager position will play a crucial part in ensuring on boardings are completed successfully and in a timely manner, by facilitating effective communication, managing resources, and driving all stakeholders towards a common timeline. The primary role is to be the lead for on-boarding projects of new and existing customers. They will work closely with the internal PaceMate team members and key customer stakeholders to define project requirements, set goals, and create project plans and expected timelines for each facet of the project. They will assign tasks, track progress, and lead onboarding projects for new CIED clinics, ambulatory monitoring and heart failure clinics, while also collaborating with the PaceMate integrations team. Individual MUST HAVE PaceMateLIVE experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Planning and organizing on boarding of new customers or upgrades for existing customers.

Creating project plans, defining goals, and establishing strategies based on the customer’s needs, capabilities available resources.

Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders using technology to communicate and collaborate. This includes assigning tasks, providing feedback, and facilitating effective teamwork.

Resource management: Allocating resources efficiently and ensuring they are utilized effectively throughout the project.

Project assessment: identifying potential risks and issues that could affect the project's success, developing mitigation strategies and addressing challenges as they arise.

Monitoring and tracking progress, intimately monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure they are being met.

Reporting and documentation: Providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders, documenting project progress, and preparing reports to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Adaptation and problem-solving: flexibility and adapting to changes in project scope or requirements. Addressing and solving pain points to keep the project on track.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience with PaceMateLIVE software

Strong understanding of cardiology practice workflow - specifically CIED remote / in-clinic, ambulatory monitoring and heart failure
