Project Manager Healthcare Construction

Our client is one of the Mid-Atlantic's leading General Contractors and offers a rewarding opportunity to lead their healthcare vertical of work in and around the Washington DC DMV as a Senior Project Manager.

Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will lead all aspects of interior, ground-up and renovation construction projects for our healthcare vertical. This role requires previous experience managing large healthcare construction projects and the ability to lead large teams, oversee project financials, and be the ultimate point person for project execution.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience managing projects valued at $20 Million or higher. A mix of ground-up and interiors healthcare construction experience is preferred.

Previous working experience in construction management including project scope review, vendor selection, scheduling, budgeting, project financials, safety management, and quality control.

B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering or similar

Strong working relationships with clients and vendors.

Ability to manage multiple direct reports, serving as trainer, manager, and mentor.

Exceptional communication skills.
