DMI, LLC is seeking a DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities: The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) serves as the Government's secondary point-of-contact and provides direct support to the Program Manager (PM) in leading and guiding all contractor personnel assigned to the task order contract. The DPM plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the contract, encompassing both technical issues and business processes. This position involves assisting in task assignments, ongoing supervision of technical efforts, and overall performance management of the requirement. The DPM has the authority to authorize/commit the contractor's organization and make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, or problems. Provide direct support to the PM in overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel.

Manage the quality and efficiency of the contract, addressing technical issues and business processes.

Assist in task assignments and ongoing supervision of technical efforts.

Oversee performance management of the requirement.

Serve as the secondary point-of-contact for the Government.

Be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments.

Proactively identify and alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and controlling complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, network, and communications subsystems.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience over complex information technology operating environments with at least 50 personnel of multi-disciplinary job categories and skills.

Demonstrated experience in the management and support of an integrated management plan and schedule.

Experience in managing and supporting a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program.

Experience managing both on-premise, off-premise service-oriented, and cloud requirements involving SLAs and metrics on a contract of similar size and scope.

SAFe experience of at least 3+ years

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

Certified SAFe Architect

Proven track record of successfully managing similar environments.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
