Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals.

Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.

Prepare and review complex business and commercial tax returns and filings.

Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.

Advise clients on tax implications of various business transactions.

Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Preferred, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

5+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

Experience managing and supervising a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
