Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with existing customers, and promoting our range of electrical products and solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our sales team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and maximize sales opportunities.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our electrical products and solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives set by management.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the electrical industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales and customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
