As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A. operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide.
Field of activity
In your new position you will be assisting B2B clients (large financial institutions operating on the international markets) in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Clearstream Banking connectivity products.
The type of tasks is highly diversified, the focus will be on supporting internal & customers testing and processing SWIFT messages in both testing and production.
Tasks/responsibilities
Project Management Officer for Clearstream Projects, Client Readiness, ISO20022 Program coordination and in line with Clearstream’s Project Management Strategies.
Managing Stakeholder expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding and performing risk management to minimize project risks.
Coordinate SWIFT & ISO20022 releases and Xact (online access for Clearstream business flows).
Support impact Analysis and co-ordination of activities Internal (API, XACT, SWIFT) and Cross Projects from other Products for OneClearstream.
Support automation activities for financial business flows
Analyze business flows related to the usage of Clearstream connectivity products by clients
Budget and Capacity management.
Qualifications/required skills
Written & spoken English as English is the primary means of communication
French or German or any other language are of advantage
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the banking & technology sector
Work knowledge on Agile framework and Project Management certification like PMP / PRINCE II is a plus
Expertise in MS office suite – Excel, word, PowerPoint, and Project tools
Strong Project & People Management Skills
Knowledge of API, SWIFT ISO15022/20022 messages an added advantage
Strong stakeholder and customer communications and analytical skills required
Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, ability to work as part of the team
Automation, transformation, Knowledge & experience are welcome.
Interest in financial markets and open-minded approach towards IT infrastructure
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and tasks prioritization.
