As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership and program managers to maintain financial transparency, budget compliance, and efficient financial processes. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and grant requirements.

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and financial performance metrics.

Develop and monitor annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.

Conduct regular financial audits and ensure internal controls are in place and effective.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Collaborate with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process.

Stay updated on financial best practices and advise senior leadership on financial matters.

Mentor and supervise finance department staff.
