Facility Security Officer - TS/SCI - CI Poly (Part-Time)

Job Description

cFocus Software seeks a Senior Operations Security Manager (FSO) to support all aspects of Security for DIA related positions. The Security Manager will administer SCI Programs; maintain program security in compliance with the NISPOM; applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs); and all other applicable Government security policies and procedures. Please note that this is a part-time/consultant position.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Active TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph.

Education and Progressive Experience

Master's Degree and 5-7 Years of the following experience

Bachelor's Degree and 7-9 Years the following experience

Associates Degree and 10-12 Years of the following experience

Required Progressive Experience:

Security, Government or Industry Experience.

Proficiency in DISS, NISS, ACCS and other security databases such as Scattered Castles

Understanding of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual

Familiarity with SIMS

COMSEC experience

Strong understanding of NISPOM 3

Required Certifications:

FSO Certification for Possessing Facility completion.

Requires absolute discretion, demonstrated judgement, problem resolution skills, and a background of working in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Strong oral, written, and presentation skills and the ability to relay technical information to others.

Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus.

3-5 Years of Experience with DIA or other IC programs

Work and Travel Requirements:

There is potential for the position to evolve and have some degree of workplace flexibility.

Local Northern Virginia Travel for corporate site visits and training requirements.
