Job Description

Responsible for managing a 3 shift operation that focuses on web processing/converting coating of labs and adhesives

Will have 8 direct reports and 75 non-union hourly reports

Will assess the plant and drive processes

Will set metrics and KPIs while holding the team accountable to drive efficiencies, safety and quality

Key Requirements

Must have over 5 years experience running a manufacturing facility

Previous lean, metrics & floor driving abilities is required.

Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
