Today, Mesilla Valley Transportation is one of the largest locally-owned Truck Load carriers in the U.S. We specialize in time-sensitive service between major manufacturing areas within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico borders.

Qualifications:
Oversees the management of Local Drivers, Local Dispatchers, Gate Inspectors, and Yard Master.
Monitors MVT El Paso yard and dock; ensures yard is organized, efficient and functioning safely.
Monitors and documents all inbound trucks/trailers bound for the El Paso yard.
Assists and trains employees with the timekeeping system; adjusts time as necessary.
Ensures Local Drivers are up to date with annual inspections and physicals.
Skills:
Preferred - Associates Degree in Business Management and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) years of experience in Customer Service operations and/or training in the transportation industry.
Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Knowledge with AS400 (Preferred).
