point maintenance approach protects homeowners and their investments from dangerous
conditions and unexpected repairs.
Job Summary
Your primary day to day responsibility is to respond to customer appointments and field dispatches
to perform any one of or all 18 points of home/property maintenance. To be successful you should
have excellent customer interaction skills, equivalent field experience, capable of independent
troubleshooting, and adapting to a changing work schedule. Effectively, a top-level Technician
efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and performing the required
maintenance for any job size.
Responsibilities
Meet with the customer to review the services you will be providing.
Ensure the customer signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins.
Conduct routine home/property service maintenance in the field.
Perform preventive maintenance to the service equipment.
Inspect and troubleshoot failures to the service equipment.
Installation, testing, and training on new service equipment.
Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
Prepare post-job customer report using mobile tablet.
**NOTE**: you will not amend or repair any part of the home/owners property.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Proven work experience as a Handyman - Home/Property Maintenance Technician.
Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
Strong client-facing skills to provide quality customer service.
Excellent time management skills.
Mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to independently problem-solve.
Strong communication and training skills.
Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
