Title: Program Manager - ZappyRide Electric Vehicles - P3
Location: Remote United States
Reports to Title: VP Client Strategy, ZappyRide
The Role:
This role includes management of senior client relationships and oversight of project delivery. It directly contributes to the achievement of J.D. Power automotive sales targets through the continued growth of ZappyRide Electric Vehicle (EV) products and services with clients.
Responsibilities:
Build strong senior client relationships, especially with key EV stakeholders and sponsors, across dozens of major accounts (primarily electric utilities and auto OEMs)
Understand clients' strategic EV agenda and challenges; act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to clients
Identify account growth opportunities; pitch product enhancements and new products
Collaborate with VP of Client Strategy to close new sales to accounts under management
Ensure client satisfaction via high quality work, responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and sharing of industry insights
Provide client-sourced product ideas to the product management team; contribute to product roadmap discussions
Supervise account managers and product managers through the client delivery process
Supervise account managers and Sales Ops team to successfully complete upsell and renewal paperwork
Advocate for the client's priorities internally; supervise quality assurance for optimum client satisfaction
Stay abreast of industry developments impacting our clients
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional B2B client-facing experience in the auto, electric utility, data or software industry
Self-starter, eager to learn and grow
Passionate about delivering world-class products to A-list clients
Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience in the EV space preferred
