Carry out daily revenue checks through an Operations Audit according to the TFL accounting department's standards;
Make sure Advanced Deposits are current;
Manages on tasks/requests as instructed by the Department head
Reconcile incomes, corrections, and allowance;
Oversee Function Diary and function bills settlements;
Check bills signed to Room Account and record all covers;
Conducting risk assessment for the whole departmental under hotel;
Assist in the development of the company audit plan cycle by reviewing the key risks and performance of hotel;
Auditing of all adjustment made to revenue;
Monitor the daily audit of all records pertaining to hotel revenue.
Job Qualifications:
BS Accountancy Graduate or other relevant courses
At least two (2) years' work experience in similar capacity
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have a strong background in Accounting;
Ability to work flexible hours;
Must be trustworthy;
Must be able to do multi-tasking and must be highly organized.
