Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms.

Develop and implement patient treatment plans, including medication management, therapeutic interventions, and patient education.

Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in surgical settings as needed.

Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.

Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities to maintain clinical competence and enhance patient care.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice.

National certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in primary care or a specialty area.

Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
