Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• At least two years of relevant work experience
• Adept in handling all secretarial duties
• Experience in preparation of bidding documents, proposals, quotations and other sales documentation is an advantage
• Knowledge in using and monitoring Philgeps for any bid requirements/opportunities.
• Prepare necessary bid documents such as eligibility and technical requirements needed to complete bid and tender documents.
• Experience scheduling appointments/meetings, reports generation, correspondence, inventory and other sales admin tasks that is beneficial to the department's smooth workflow
• Good verbal and written communication skills is required
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Must have typing skills of 35-40 wpm
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Must be very keen on details
• Flexible and competent at multi-tasking
• Preferably a resident of Makati City or nearby areas.
• Can start ASAP and with ready requirements (NBI, COE etc.) is a plus
