WAITRESS

Attend to all customer needs

Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers

Take food and beverage orders from customers

Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff

Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables

Take payments from customers

Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.

Issue receipts, credits, or changes due to customers.

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.

QUALIFICATION:

At least HRM Graduate or any related course

Proven work experience as WAITRESS in RESTAURANT at least 1 year

Willing to work 12hours shift Daily. (Paid OT)

Active listening and effective communication skills

Willing to be assign in all our branches (ROBINSON PLACE MANILA ERMITA &SHANGRILA PLAZA SHAW MANDALUYONG)
