Jr. Computer Technician

Description: Responsible for the preventive maintenance and repairs of computer units peripherals, network devices and cabling installation of software packages to PC's/ workstations. Checks the delivered the computer units and peripherals are according to standard specifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs preventive maintenance activities to HQ and project assigned computer units and peripherals, network devices and cabling.

Diagnose troubleshoots & repair computer units and peripherals.

Install software packages.

Install computer units and peripherals, network devices and cables.

Evaluates computer hardware and software performance and recommends improvements.

Performs Test and evaluates computer hardware acquisitions prior to delivery to end users.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology

Computer Literacy (MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)

Preferably Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software performance.
