Preschool Teacher

Master and implement the lesson plan and activities provided by the school

Conduct effectively daily classes

Develop and implement supplemental activities that promote the cognitive, social and emotional development of children

Create a warm, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes positive interactions among children

Observe and assess the progress of each child and communicate as needed with parents regarding their child’s development

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and implement special events

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, and ensure that all materials and equipment are in good working condition

Attend meetings, PTCs, and participate in trainings and other professional and personal development opportunities

Adhere to all school policies, health and safety regulations

Teacher’s Aid

Assist the lead teacher in implementing the lesson plans and activities in the classroom

Support the lead teacher in creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment

Work with individual children or small groups of children to provide additional support or enrichment as needed

Assist with classroom management tasks, such as maintaining a clean, organized and safe classroom environment, and ensuring that all materials and equipment are in good working condition

Assist in the preparation of visual aids, learning materials, props for school events or other materials as neededMinimum Qualifications

Preschool Teacher

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related field

Excellent command of English, both oral and written

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and caregivers

Creativity, flexibility and adaptability in developing and implementing age-appropriate activities

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Knowledgeable in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Office Programs

Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when working with young children

Must be fully vaccinated, willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon City

Teacher’s Aid

Bachelor’s Degree in any course, degree in education is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Creativity, flexibility and adaptability in the work environment

Cheerful and pleasant personality, enjoys working with children

Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when working with young children

Must be fully vaccinated, willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon City
