Research and develop F&B items that would most likely find success if offered to the customers
Research and ensure compliance with the necessary government regulations, encompassing food safety standards, labelling requirements, and health regulations (ex: HACCP, GMP, licenses and permits to operate)
Procure from reliable ingredient and equipment sources
Manage food inventory and budget to minimize surplus and/or wasted food
Assist with point of sale systems, including end of day closeout procedures and balancing of daily sales
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in a food and beverage or permits and licenses role
Ability to search, analyze, and use relevant information effectively
Comprehensive understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Keen leadership skills
