• Prepares work and operation plans for the lab personnel.
• Supervises the work of each member of the lab team.
• Evaluates quality control and quality assurance statistics and modifies manuals as need.
• Evaluates staff performance, development, modification, verification, and validation of methods.
• Participate in planning services for other department within the operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 4-year course graduate of BS Chemistry.
• Must be a Registered Chemist (License).
• Good laboratory and technical skills, good presentation skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, people handling leadership skills.
• At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Knowledgeable in Basic Occupational Safety Hazard.
