Chief Radiologic Technologist

One of Drake International Philippines' partners is actively looking for a Chief Radiologic Technologist that will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of radiology or diagnostic imaging department in the medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Directs and coordinates the activities of radiology and diagnostic imaging department in the medical facility: Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to rad tech and Ultrasound tech staff to maintain patient flow

Oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment, such as x-ray machine, ultrasound and evaluates accuracy and quality of images, and provides technical assistance.

Demonstrates new techniques, equipment, and procedures to rad tech and ultrasound tech staff

Implements and monitors radiation safety measures and to ensure the safety of patients and all staff in compliance with government regulatory requirements.

Recommends personnel actions, such as performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary measures

Coordinates purchase of supplies and equipment and makes recommendations concerning radiology and Ultrasound department operating budget

Collaborate with other medical team members, such as physicians and nurses

Complies with all requirements in relation to the renewal of a license to operate and other mandatory regulations

Qualifications:

A registered Rad Tech with atleast 2 years experience as Chief Rad Tech

With Active PRC License

With Atleast 1-2 years relevant experience

Salary: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
