Key Responsibilities:

Product Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to develop informed product recommendations. Contribute to the strategic product roadmap and vision.

Customer Research: Engage with customers and non-customers to gather feedback, understand market problems, and define buyer personas.

Product Development: Support the creation of product requirements, positioning, and sales arguments based on market analysis and customer insights. Participate in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product teams, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

6+ months experience in Agile SDLC or product management, preferably in a B2C/eCommerce environment.

Proficiency in Product Management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GSuite).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Creativity, innovation, and a willingness to learn.
