Assembling parts of Brahmos Missile

Knowledge in Marking axis and center lines on critical shapes

Assembling all missile component as per drawing and ensuring leaks

Finding defects in assemblies and rectifying the same

Good knowledge in planning the work and meeting the targets in time

Using conventional drilling machine and hand drilling machine

making counter holes and matching the screws on a missile contour body

Drilling suitable hole diameter as per the required threading and performing Tapping by using suitable Tap sets

Experience as a Maintenance mechanic or similar role will be a plus .

Experience in handling measuring tool used in assembly.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Knowledge on welding the joints.

Experience in making simple jigs & fixtures used for drilling, assembly... etc.,

Understands the engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine the sequence of operations.

Expert in joining the two sheets by Riveting.

Industry - Composite Defense Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical, Production, Quality, ITI Industrial, Metallurgical

Experience - 1-5 years
