Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Account Closer to join our team. As the Sales Account Closer, you will be responsible for helping our customers through our sales process and demonstrating the value of our products. This includes being the initial point of contact, making the introduction to technical representatives, and then addressing concerns while closing the sale. The ideal candidate will be someone who can make others feel important, has a strong commitment to being a part of a team, enjoys helping others solve problems, and has excellent communication skills.

Cleary understand and follow the company's proven Sales Process.

Explain the Order tracking system to the prospective customer.

Maximize GPM for the company.

Follow the priorities set by the Sales Manager.

Be proficient in Businessman, Smartsheet, and other necessary apps and programs through the sales process.

Successfully communicate the company's Value Proposition to prospects.

Develop list of prospect objections and script the answers for future.

Align our solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.

Maintain an accurate and up to date sales pipeline.

Document closure ratio and the reasons why won and lost.

Notify the team when winning or losing trends become apparent.

Account Management Role – Sales Manager will assign existing accounts to follow up with.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Collect Signed Quote, Drawings, Purchase Order, and Required Payment and give to Sales Manager.

Update Sales Manager on anything that will affect the closing process or customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales project management

- Familiarity with project scheduling and schematics

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base pay plus commissions based on experience, plus health, vision, dental, 401(k), vacation time, and other benefits. With commissions, a successful sales project manager will be expected to close sales resulting in earning potential of $70,000 in the first year.
