Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Policy Advocacy Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of road safety and the legislative process. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advocacy strategies in the road safety space.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on road safety related policy issues.

Develop policy briefs, position papers, and advocacy materials to support our goals.

Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, governmental officials, and other key stakeholders.

Represent the organization in public forums, discussions, and policy debates.

Monitor and analyze policy developments and legislative changes related in the area of road safety

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a unified advocacy approach.

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage the public and raise awareness on critical issues.

Provide expert advice and guidance on policy matters to senior management and other team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience in policy analysis, advocacy, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of the policy-making process and legislative environment.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful advocacy strategies.

Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : Upto Rs 15 Lakhs based on competency levels.
