Salary: Base Salary $30,000 plus commission

We are looking for a highly personable sales professional who is comfortable interacting with medical professionals and patients.

Medicos is a 40-year-old home medical device company serving Dallas/Ft. Worth and North Texas. We are expanding into the OB/GYN market with a unique product offering for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

This is an outside sales position reporting to the sales manager. This position will be focused on establishing and expanding a referral network with OB/GYN physicians, clinical staff, and gatekeepers.

Responsibilities:

• Daily in-person prospecting of OB/GYN offices in the DFW area.

• Demonstrate the ability to prospect and sell in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• In-person presentations to medical professionals regarding Medicos services & products.

• Attaining monthly & quarterly sales objectives.

• Develop relationships and prospect follow-up.

• Ability to use a CRM system to track and manage leads.

• Ability to communicate in a clear, impactful, and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ of outside sales experience

• Medical industry a plus - not a requirement – B2B incentive-based compensation

• Proven track record of sales success

• Abundant experience in prospecting and cold calling in a professional environment.

• College degree preferred.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Strong time management and territory management skills a must.

• Proficient computer skills

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.

• Background check

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (D/FW) – no overnight travel.

$60,000 at plan – (realistic goal & incentive plan)
