Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Meet targets / deadlines

Must have basic screening skills to maintain the quality of candidates being submitted

Experience with recruiting candidates on job portals such as Upwork, Indeed, LinkedIn, Hirist etc.

Preferably technical background - some understanding of technologies

Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including arranging interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and managing communication between candidates and hiring teams.

Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.

1-2 years or more work experience as a Technical Recuiter

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
