Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the organization's products or services. They are responsible for utilizing various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

Optimize content for SEO and oversee SEM campaigns

Manage and create social media content and advertising

Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed

Create and manage email marketing campaigns

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Analyze and report on customer acquisition and audience behavior

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Contribute to the development of strategies for products and services

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field

Proven work experience in digital marketing

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Team player with a can-do attitude

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software

Certification in Google AdWords/Analytics is a plus

Experience in eCommerce, retail, or technology industries is desirable
