Position Overview

At Groscope Technology, we are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in crafting immersive and intuitive user experiences across our digital platforms. As a UI/UX Developer, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless interactions that delight our users and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centric Design: Develop user-centric designs by understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through user research and testing.

UI Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Visual Design: Translate concepts into visually appealing and functional user interfaces while maintaining brand consistency.

Front-End Development: Implement responsive and interactive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to bring designs to life and ensure technical feasibility.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.

Accessibility: Ensure that designs and code comply with accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and development.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
