Job Description

Pediatric Practice looking for a friendly, outgoing personality to join our team. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our practice. Multitasking and stress management skills are important for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome patients

Answer phones

Schedule appointments

Verify insurance

Ensure waiting rooms are tidy and presentable at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable

Multitasking and stress management skills

Experience as a receptionist and/or similar role dealing with people

Professional Attitude and Appearance

Customer service attitude

Computer Skills

Use of Electronic Health Records (knowledge of Office Practicum EMR a plus)
