Location: Renton, WA (Fully onsite)

Salary: $52,000 - $58,240

Length: Contract to hire

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join our team in Renton, WA. The HVAC Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching HVAC technicians to service calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.

Schedule HVAC service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations promptly and efficiently.

Coordinate with HVAC technicians to optimize daily schedules, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal downtime.

Provide accurate and detailed information to technicians regarding service requests, including customer address, contact information, and service requirements.

Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, technician arrivals, and any updates or delays.

Maintain organized records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer information using our internal systems.

Monitor technician progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise during service calls.

Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and processing payments as needed.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Stay informed about HVAC industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to customers and technicians.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in HVAC systems or dispatching is a plus.

Previous experience in HVAC dispatching, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other team members.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and dispatching software.

Knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and industry practices is highly desirable.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed to accommodate business needs.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
