Tax Accountant

Job Description

We are hiring for a Tax Accountant in Milwaukee, WI. You will be an addition to a professional services organization. This position will report up to the CFO. If you have at least five years experience in corporate tax, this could be a good fit for you.

Tax Accountant Responsibilities:

Review, prepare, and file personal income tax returns as well as gift and estate tax returns, a limited number of partnership tax returns, and year-end tax information reporting

Compile annual income tax projections, analyze client information, and calculate quarterly estimated taxes

Prepare and file trust and individual extensions including process all federal and state tax payments

Perform tax research and resolve technical issues pertaining to tax compliance and planning

Requirements:

Five or more years experience as a Tax accounting professional

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Professional, well-spoken, and detail oriented

Analytical with a desire to improve process

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
