(On-site for first year, then hybrid)Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Listen actively to customers' inquiries, concerns, and requests, and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide updates on orders, and gather feedback.
Utilize scripts and knowledge resources effectively to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses.
Identify and escalate complex issues or unresolved inquiries to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) preferred.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per day
