Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

RPh on the is searching for a Pharmacist with Long Term Care Pharmacy or mail order experience. Ideal candidate will have a year or more experience.

Shifts: M- F days/evenings; 8am - 4pm or 2pm - 10pm.

Required:

Pharmacy experience.

LTC experience a plus

Clear and active Utah Pharmacy license
