(On-site for first year, then hybrid)Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Shipping, and Product Development, to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) preferred.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per day
