Customer Service Rep

Job Description

Requirements:

GED or High School Diploma required.

Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, retail, or related experience.

Fluent English speaker.

Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Knowledge of HVAC sales and mechanical aptitude is beneficial.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Trane products, offerings, and promotions.

Proficiency in quote and order management processes.

Ability to operate a forklift (certification optional).

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to identify needs and provide solutions for HVAC parts and supply needs.

Develop and maintain knowledge of Trane products to effectively partner with customers and drive sales.

Manage quote and order processes with accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Assist with warehouse and inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, shipping, and receiving.

Build and maintain professional customer relationships, prioritizing customer service in all interactions.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
