Seeking an ACAD draftsperson to join our team. Must be skilled in ACAD and preferably using Sketchup 3D rendering software. We are an award-winning architecture firm with a wide range of custom residential and commercial projects. We are looking for ACAD Draftsperson with technical skills, is organized, and motivated.

Qualifications and Skills required:

Worked with ACAD software 3-5 years.

Create ACAD documents - Full sets, plans, elevations, sections and details.

Have a good understanding of wood frame construction details and best practice.

Knowledge of California building codes

Ability to maintain drawing files and communications during project progress.

Comfortable communicating with Architect, Consultants and Building Department when questions arise.

Excellent phone manners

Flexible and able to multi-task when needed.

Education: Working towards a bachelor's degree Architecture, Design or AA drafting, construction management, 3D rendering,

Can provide three full set of ACAD plans and samples of your 3D work.
