Compliance Data Analyst

Responsible for banking company’s data management, reporting and analytics related to operations and Strategic Partner Programs. Provide data reporting for strategy and execution of compliance management program using MS Power Automate and Tableau. Perform data extraction and analysis, including monitoring and testing functions, using Excel queries and generation tools. Perform risk assessment using mathematical and statistical analyses. Produce reporting from digital data for review by multiple stakeholders, including adherence to management policy requirements. Use Jira for project management. Identify data trends and escalate concerns to assess compliance impact and regulatory risk. Identify and report on best practices based on trend analysis and observations. Analyze reported activities related to root cause.

Requires: Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management or Equivalent, plus at least six months of data science experience, and proficiency with Python, Jira, SQL or MS Power Automate, Tableau, and Excel queries.
