Entry Data Analyst

Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Data Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity and requires 2 days per week onsite in Columbia.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational reporting.

What You'll Do:

Extract data from multiple systems and departments using various data manipulation and extraction techniques for regular, cyclical, and ad hoc reporting.

Perform research, analyze reports, and create statistical models for presentation/review. Summarize findings and communicate results to management.

Identify operational inadequacies and use various skills and resources to retool processes.

Communicate with other areas regarding outcomes and reporting.

Qualifications:

2 Years Research and Analysis experience.

Good organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.

Ability to use complex mathematical calculations and understand mathematical and statistical concepts.

Ability to acquire programming skills across various software platforms.
