Project Co Coordinator Vacancy in Dubai Reporting to higher management on project progress on weekly basis.

Should have proven track record of planning, monitoring, and executing the construction work of the small buildings / workshop facilities etc.

Independently.

Liaison with government authorities etc.

And obtaining necessary permits and licenses.

Coordination between Client and contractor.

Monitoring and controlling construction schedules and associated costs to accomplish the project within the time and budget.

Supervise and manage project staffing and schedules related to day-to-day construction activities.

Review project legal documents, permits, inspections etc.

Are completed and signed.

Coordination with all department at Head Office.
