Are you organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing documents and records?

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Document Controller.

Responsibilities: Maintain document control processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of company documents and records.

Establish and manage document management systems, including version control, file naming conventions, and access permissions.

Receive, review, and distribute incoming documents to appropriate personnel.

Ensure compliance with document retention policies and regulations.

Assist with document preparation, formatting, and editing as needed.

Monitor and track document workflows and approvals.

Generate reports and metrics related to document control activities.

Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.

Requirements: Previous experience as a document controller or in a similar role preferred but not required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using document management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and record-keeping.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
