Job Title: Fleet Technician and Fleet Manager

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Technician to join our team at [Company Name]. The Fleet Technician will report directly to the Fleet Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of motor coaches and school buses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on diesel engines and other vehicles

• Diagnose and troubleshoot all bus systems

• Follow industry regulations and safety guidelines for diesel engines

• Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations

• Respond to road calls and other emergencies

• Work as part of a team to maintain and repair our fleet

• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Motor Coach/School Bus Technician

• Valid CDL and DOT Medical Card Preferred

• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations and compliance

• Ability to detect technical malfunctions in machines

• Strong understanding of repair tools, equipment, and testing machinery

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
