The Role:

Fanatics is a multichannel sports merchandise retailer that fosters pride and connection among fans. The company started as an online retailer of licensed sportswear and sports merchandise, but has recently expanded into sports collectibles and NFTs. They launched Fanatics Collectibles in 2021 after securing long-term, exclusive rights to design, manufacture and distribute trading cards for several sports properties including MLB, MLBPA, NBA, NBPA and NFLPA.

In January 2022, Fanatics Collectibles acquired Topps, the preeminent licensed trading card brand that has serviced collectors, fans and retailers for more than 70 years. As Fanatics continues to scale, the company is also looking to create a leading and all-encompassing digital sports platform by leveraging its database of 90M+ sports fans to create a next-generation Digital Trading Cards and Sports Betting empire.

To discover and address the needs of the top sports fans, Fanatics is looking to develop a new high velocity VIP Fanatics Team to engage with over 90 million active customers, along with fans who have not yet experienced what Fanatics has to offer. This is a very unique opportunity to be one of the founding Team members who help shape the VIP program as we enter the market.

FHI employees are expected to be on-site 4-days per week. We also offer the unique benefit of allowing employees to temporarily working from anywhere up to 20 days per year.

What You'll Do:

Lead a Team of 8-10 Inside Sales representatives who are reaching out to existing and prospective VIP Fanatics customers to evangelize, educate and promote the additional benefits that exist within the VIP program

Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidacy of potential new Team members

Help onboard, train and develop sales reps to achieve monthly kpis and engagement metrics

Inform best sales practices including: forecasting, customer segmentation, lead routing, and funnel management

Develop and foster strong internal relationships to improve VIP program workflows

Own and conduct weekly Team Meeting and 1:1's with direct reports

Have an intimate knowledge of the Fanatics VIP Programs' details and benefits and competitors in the space What We're Looking For:

Passionate sports fan with well rounded knowledge of most professional Leagues and/or sports betting

landscape

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, must have minimum 2 years experience managing a team of SDRs, in a quota carrying capacity - preferably in the sports, luxury, insurance, or B2C space

Someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves and do the work alongside their Team

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing work

environment

In-office culture with a hybrid work environment - must be able to spend 4 days a week in NYC office

Strong verbal, written and organization skills

Proficiency in CRM/Salesforce and email automation tools

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 which represents base pay only and does not include commission, which this role will be eligible for, in addition to base pay. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
