Responsibilities
Handle 10-20 Inbound service calls a day.
Make 20-30 Outbound Lead Follow-up calls per day.
Shop 3 renewals a day, assist with policy changes, and take payments from customers.
Collect insurance documentation.
Answer client questions, problem-solve, and follow up.
Requirements
Property & Casualty License is required within six months of the hire date.
3+ years of customer service or sales experience required.
Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
A team player who is a critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
