Customer Service Coordinator: This dynamic role involves providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment characterized by changing & competing priorities as well as tight deadlines.

The successful candidate must be career oriented and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. Problem solving skills are key in achieving results in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide customer quotations for spare parts.

· Process customer orders.

· Obtain pricing information from suppliers and initiate PO’s to suppliers.

· Process shipments as needed.

· Coordinate repairs with European lead company.

· Create and maintain new Part Numbers.

· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

· Other Duties as assigned.Requirements:

· 5-10 years customer service experience required.

· Intermediate to advanced MS office skills to include Word and Excel.

· Knowledge of international purchases, sales and logistics processes.

· SAP experience required.

· Background in manufacturing preferred.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

· Knowledge of Import/Export regulations.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a team focused environment.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Keen analytical skills, reporting development and trend analysis.

· Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.

· Ability to respond positively and decisively to adverse situations, complicated issues, and/or irate customers.

· Attention to detail.
