Position: *Bilingual* Call Center Representative

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM

Every other Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

$55,000 - $75,000 annually

Base pay plus bonuses and commissions

Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative, your role involves:

Increasing sales by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business

Confirming booked appointments with potential customers

Collecting key information and setting customer expectations

Communicating with customers through inbound and outbound calls and lead follow-ups

Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities

Answering potential customers' questions and providing additional information via email

Entering relevant customer data into the CRM platform

Keeping up with product and service information and updates

Maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Staying informed about competing products and services

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish

18+ years of age with a high school diploma and reliable transportation

1-3 years of experience in roofing or solar sales; customer service or telemarketing sales preferred

Ability to learn and educate customers on roofing sales or solar sales

Comfortable working in a sedentary role, primarily at a computer and on the phone

Student mentality, leadership skills, and a desire to learn and train

Technologically savvy, with the ability to multitask and switch between various software, technology, and priorities with ease
