Position Summary: The Information Technology department at US Fertility is seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to join the team. This individual will be primarily focused on desktop engineering and endpoint management across USF's multiple sites. The ideal candidate has expertise in endpoint management systems such as Microsoft InTune, SCCM, Manage Engine products, and JAMF, and is comfortable administering and maintaining all aspects of endpoint management including image creation, software packaging, patching, and asset management company-wide. This engineering role has general systems administration responsibilities and works closely with our information security and asset management teams. This position plays a key role in facilitating the organization's rapid growth by ensuring that endpoints are managed, maintained, and updated in the most efficient way possible. Current initiatives include a company-wide domain migration, and implementation of InTune.

Our current opportunity is hybrid with some in-office work required. This position preferably is based out of Rockville, MD. Other locations including Denver, CO and Margate, FL may be considered for the right candidate.

This position will report to the Manager of Enterprise Services. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as primary administrator for employee workstations within the corporate environment - Develop, update, and maintain operating system images for firm wide deployment - Manage and execute client software deployments using available system management utilities - Automate repeatable tasks using scripting technologies to streamline operations and increase usability - Research, test, and deploy software packages for enterprise deployment - Ensure end point workstations maintain compliance with applicable regulatory regimes - Manage, test, and deploy monthly endpoint patching Serve as systems administrator responsible for a wide array of services and applications Administer the InTune instance and help drive the implementation enterprise-wide Supervise the asset management process to ensure consistency and application of best practices Serve as an advanced technical resource for complex hardware and software issues Recommend and execute on initiatives geared toward departmental process improvement Perform systems administration duties including permission assignment, password management and access control Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and site moves/setup tasks Mentor and train associates; document new processes and create training materials Communicate with other Information Technology resources and vendor support teams to escalate advanced issues and ensure swift resolution Maintain current knowledge of technological trends and news relevant to hardware, software, training, and processes of the Information Technology department Understand, comply with, and enforce USF policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and OSHA and HIPAA privacy rules Adhere to and uphold all applicable federal and state compliance regulations as well as USF's Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook, compliance policies and procedures, and applicable healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse laws All other duties as assigned
